Rosales, Pangasinan – a passerby took a video of a man carrying a gun, casually talking with 3 unidentified policemen in front of SM in Rosales, Pangasinan. Soon after, he walked just as casually away, and shot fire at the mall. The shocking part is: the policemen did not arrest him, before and after the shootout.
Seeing that the man carried a gun in that manner, they should’ve taken the gun away from him, or questioned him at the least. Netizens are outraged that the police did nothing, knowing that the man could harm somebody else.
Towards the end of the video, an unknown citizen could no longer take the incompetence of the policemen, and took matters into his own hands. He drop-kicked the gunman after the latter threw his gun away.
